Muswell Rose

Commercial strategy and modern systems.

We advise, we build, and we partner with people turning an idea, or half an idea, into something real.

How we work

A conversation, not a brief.

A lot of what we do starts with a conversation rather than a brief. People come to us with an idea, or half an idea. A product that is half built, stalled or broken. A business that works but has hit a ceiling.

We get in alongside them, work out what it actually needs, and help take it from where it is to where it should be. Sometimes that is advice. Sometimes it is hands on build. Often it is both, and sometimes it is partnership where we share in what we create together. Because we operate our own assets in these markets, we test what we recommend before we recommend it.

Old school commercial discipline.
New school environments.

The group

Four businesses, one way of thinking.

Around the consultancy sit three more businesses, each sharing the same way of thinking. What we learn building our own assets sharpens the advice we give clients, and the client work sharpens what we build.

Muswell Rose

The consultancy at the heart of the group

The first business we built, trading since 2020 and incorporated as Muswell Rose Consulting Limited in November 2023. Old school commercial discipline applied to new school environments, including AI. The thinking behind it now runs through everything we do.

LionCrown X

Holding company for the assets we build and operate

Owns and runs our portfolio of websites, platforms and tech products, alongside our marketing services, the channels and disciplines that still drive results.
